Motel Luggage Shuttle

This optional service will transport your luggage daily to your motel and pick it up by the next day. Cycle directly to the motel and your luggage will be waiting for you.
This service is only for your luggage and is not intended as a taxi service. There is a strict two bag, 35 lbs per bag limit, (70 lbs. total) and roller bags are preferred. You can signup for either the entire week or just one night. Motels listed on the Motel List are the official motels for the Motel Luggage Shuttle Service.  The Motel Luggage Shuttle service will not be provided to motels not listed. Consult the Motel lists below for the Official Tour Motels. Motels fill up fast and are a first-come-first served basis. Please reserve early.

How to sign up for Motel Luggage Shuttle:
If you want the Motel Luggage Shuttle for the entire week of the tour:

1. Signup for the Motel Luggage Shuttle either 1) Use the fast and easy online registration or 2) Print out a paper registration form or 3) Call or email us at 608-843-8412 or info@bikewisconsin.com and we will send out a registration form to you right away. To register click here.
2. Using the Motel List as your guide, reserve your motel rooms. Remember motel reservations are your responsibility.
3. You will receive an email in the spring for you to let us know which motels you have signed up for.
4. During registration, stop by the Motel Luggage Shuttle table for an orientation. We will transport your luggage when you arrive at your first overnight town.
5. Your luggage will be picked up the next day at your motel and dropped-off by at your next motel lobby or into your room depending on the motel policy every day of the tour.
   
6. Repeat daily for the rest of the tour.

3. You will receive an email in the spring for you to let us know which motels you have signed up for.
4. Bring your luggage to the Motel Luggage Shuttle van by 8am the first morning you will be staying at a motel. You will receive an quick orientaion.
5. We will drop-off your luggage at your motel lobby or into your room depending on the motel policy. Your luggage will be picked up the next day at your motel.
6. Repeat for as many days as you have signed up for.
7. At conclusion, luggage will be dropped off at the information table at the school.

Conditions
All motel reservations are on your own. Motels fill up fast and are a first-come-first served basis. Please reserve early. Two Bicycles and a Map is not responsible for luggage when it is at a motel. For refunds refer to the Cancellation Policy for the specific tour.

Contact us if any changes are made to your accommodations before the tour starts. Also let us know if you decide to leave the tour early. No soft-sided coolers, as they leak and damage not only your luggage, but others' luggage as well.
