   All lodging accommodations are at two and three star hotels.  We will stay in each overnight town for two nights. This will enable you to have a day off your bike every couple of days if you prefer.
   Tour participants will receive breakfast each morning, which will range from a continental to buffet style, and are on their own for lunch and most dinners. Many of the overnight hotels have self-contained restaurants, or they reside within walking distance to village restaurants. There will be a range of restaurants available (from one to four stars restaurants) along the route and in each overnight town. Choose whatever style restaurant fits your budget. 
   For lunch, you may wish to grab picnic fixings in a local market and enjoy a simplistic meal at a different spectacular location every day. (The French have perfected this). 
   We will move your luggage each day to the next hotel, so that all you have to do is to ride your bicycle and explore the sites that interest you.
   Riders will be provided maps with the suggested routes and a trip itinerary journal. You may decide to follow the suggested route or explore on your own. The choice is yours. 
   The Loire Valley Bike Tour is a small and friendly tour for independently minded and adventurous people.
  We'll do everything we can to provide you with the best French biking experience possible!

Tour includes:

• All hotels. You will be staying in two and three star hotels. Most will be quaint French style family run hotels.
• All breakfasts and two group dinners. Breakfast will range from continental to buffet style. There will be a welcome group dinner and farewell dinner included.
• Two nights in Paris. You'll be right in the heart of Paris. Next to a grocery store, around the corner from an outdoor food market, 3 blocks from the Eiffel Tower, in front of a Metro Stop and just across the street from a sweet smelling bakery!
• Nighttime sound and light show (Son-et-lumiere). A one-of-a-kind experience for all the senses.
• Route maps, daily journal and morning briefings. Riders will be given maps with the suggested routes and a trip itinerary booklet along with a morning briefing. You may decide to follow the suggested route or explore on your own. The choice is yours!
• Reflective safety triangle. Yours to keep after the tour.
• Bicycle rental: Custom fit hybrid style bicycle (with removable handlebar bag, repair kit, pump, and rear rack).
• Mechanical bike support and repair will be provided on the tour.
• SAG van service along cycling route. If you need us, our van is just a phone call away.
• Hotel luggage transport. We will move your luggage to the next hotel so all you have to do is cycle and explore the sites and bakeries that interest you.
• Ground transportation: Motor coach from Chinon hotel to Paris hotel.
• Tour de France Paris finish along the famous Champs-Elysees. See the finish live!
